UPDATE 2: Source: Gazprom sets final Eurobond yield guidance at 1.45%

MOSCOW, Feb 28 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has set the final yield guidance for 750 million Swiss franc 5-year Eurobonds at 1.45%, a banking source told PRIME on Wednesday.

The guidance was earlier cut to 1.5% from the initial 1.75%.

Gazprom held meetings with investors on Monday and Tuesday in Geneva and Zurich. The company planned to offer 5–7 year Eurobonds, depending on market conditions.

Gazprombank, Renaissance Capital, UBS and VTB Capital act as the organizers.
